We were engaged to help strengthen relationships with current service customers and drive higher customer satisfaction for the service center, ultimately leading to more new car sales.

Our strategy was to engage service customers in a low-pressure experience instead of the usual sales-heavy retail environment.

We developed a branded character – Moto – and created a persona and 3D modeling as a platform for service departments to interact with service customers for new business opportunities.

We developed and tested creative, branding, design and fabrication of a variety of kiosks and custom elements, including a custom built race car track for the Motorcars Kids Dealership, interactive kids desk with USB integration and iPads, interactive gaming area with race car chairs and Mario cart, theAsk Moto center with a 20×20 footprint, permanent install of hanging signage and 4 interactive kiosks featuring the custom-designed Moto application.
