Adam Roggenburk
Chief Operating Officer

Following a short stint in NBC Sports, Adam joined USA Expositions in 2004 to oversee all sales and marketing of USA Expo’s National Consumer Event programs and to develop new event production initiatives. As President of USA Expositions, he has helped grow USA Expositions from an organization that represents events into an integrated event marketing firm that helps Fortune 500 companies leverage national events into successful marketing platforms. He has also helped USA Expositions expand into full event production with the Cleveland Oktoberfest, Cleveland Dyngus Day, and music festivals. Under his leadership, USA Expositions is one of the industry leaders in event and client representation and services a growing Event Production portfolio.

Adam received his undergraduate marketing degree from John Carroll University in 2004 and his MBA from Cleveland State University in 2007.

Kyle Roggenburk
Chief Finance and Data Officer

Kyle’s diverse background helps add value to all of the clients we work with. Before joining USA Expo Kyle worked for American Greetings in various sales and finance roles. He worked with the largest retailers in the world and managed a team that handled over $200million dollars of retail sales. He also helped build a collaborative financial planning platform and is an inventor on three United States Patents related to financial planning and data forecasting. Before working at American Greetings Kyle spent 3 years as a trader and analyst for Shaker Investments. Kyle has a undergraduate Finance degree from John Carroll University and also and MBA from John Carroll University. In his MBA program Kyle finished in the top 10% of his class and was inducted into the Beta Game Sigma International Business Honor Society

At John Carroll Kyle played Varsity Basketball and received a Senior Captain award. He also had internships with the Cleveland Browns, Cleveland Indians, and IMG. Kyle also does philanthropic work in the community. He is currently on the board for the Rainey Institute in Cleveland and was formerly the co-chair of the United Way Young Leaders of Cleveland board.

Kelly Kastelic
Director of Client Services & Marketing

Kelly is the Director of Client Services and Marketing at USA Expo, where she manages and oversees all aspects of development, execution and growth of client programs, as well as, all branding and marketing activities. Since joining USA Expo in 2014, she has shaped nearly 600 brand activations and produced significant results for clients across a variety of industries. Kelly champions the ongoing pursuit of experiential marketing and guides these strategies for the agency and its clients. She has a passion for going above and beyond and building lasting relationships. With more than a decade of experience in events, marketing and public relations, Kelly’s background includes corporate, agency and nonprofit roles. These roles comprised of negotiating/managing contracts and sponsorships, designing tradeshow and consumer show footprints, analyzing data, developing digital marketing strategies, crafting media releases/articles, and directing creative work.

Kelly graduated with honors from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism, specializing in public relations. She has a commitment to a number of philanthropic initiatives and enjoys traveling the globe.

Brian Bogdanski
Director of Operations

Brian is the Operations Director at USA Expo. He manages the USA Expo Cleveland warehouse including everything from quality assurance to receiving to shipment organization. Additionally, Brian travels roughly 50% of the year to various brand activations overseeing onsite installation and dismantle, technology integration, sponsorship assets, logistics, and so on. Brian is known for his perfectionism and is highly trusted by all clients to ensure a flawless execution.
