Hours: M-F / 9am-5pm

We help our clients execute trade show, consumer show, and experiential campaigns that positively impact their business.

USA Expositions, LLC is seeking a motivated, hands-on entrepreneurial individual to intern as part of our fast-growing company in our Westlake, Ohio office. This individual’s primary responsibility will be to directly support USA Events divisions, Cleveland Oktoberfest.

Position Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, marketing, and execution of the Cleveland Oktoberfest (Labor Day Weekend)
  • Manage exhibitors, vendors, and other event partners
  • Provide weekly and monthly event reports leading up to the event
  • Assist web team in updating website and content creation
  • Help increase sponsorship support through local business outreach
  • Assist in overall operations of the event, including talent booking, scheduling, and communication
  • Work directly with media agency to support the execution of advertising campaigns
  • Develop and execute a social media and digital marketing campaign leading up to the event
  • Assist in fulfillment of ticket orders
  • Support our Director of Sales & Chief Operating Officer through research and strategic sales initiatives
  • Support all divisions of USA Expositions and become a contributor to our positive company culture

Position Requirements

  • Must be earning college credit or participating in a required college internship program
  • Must be available to work Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm, as well as Labor Day Weekend
  • An individual who is ready to be challenged, learn new things and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluid in all Microsoft office software, including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Self-motivated, driven and entrepreneurial
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication
  • Have the ability to convey messages in both writing and in person
  • Ability to receive a set of tasks from others and complete them in a timely manner

Compensation & Benefits

  • All internships are unpaid, however we will provide a $500/month stipend and will work with academic institutions to provide academic credit.
